Maximize Your Sales During the Outlet Sale! TIP #4

I send a hand written thank you note to all of my customers. There are times I get behind, but I will get caught up. Right now, I’m actually glad that I am behind because I have lots of notes to get out! Remember that cute little flier I made in Tip #3? I printed them out, four to a page, and will now be adding them to all of my thank yous. I have post cards that I usually send, but since I want to include this cute outlet flier, I will be sending a small note card. I have a small obsession with note cards and pretty much buy them every time I go to Target. I will be writing notes tonight and getting them in the mail tomorrow. While I will be sending an email to everyone about the sale, sometimes emails are not seen. Rather it ends up in spam or just gets lost in their inbox, they get missed easily. A nice note in the mail will do several things, the main thing being getting the sale info in their hands!

This is a simple idea, and something everyone can do! If you don’t feel comfortable making graphics and fliers, you could always write info about the sale in your note. Tell them to check their email coming up, join your VIP Group, or Like your page to stay updated.
